The Ladysmith Early Years Partnership is a group of early childhood service providers who work together to make Ladysmith a community where children and families thrive. The Partnership, known as LEYP, also promotes the healthy development of children ages 0 to 6 by getting together on a regular basis to share information and plan for a full range of programs and services to meet the needs of Ladysmith families.
